Using BoxCryptor for Android without a windows computer

Hi,

I'm a linux user, and long-time user of encFS and cryptkeeper. I'd love to use BoxCryptor for android to access my enFS share via dropbox, and would gladly pay for the privilege. But I don't have a windows machine to install boxcryptor on. Is there a way to convert an existing encFS drive to be readable via the mobile client, or to create a new drive (without installing boxcryptor for windows)?

Hi Tomas,

If your existing EncFS volume does use features not supported by BoxCryptor yet, you can create a new EncFS volume without a Windows computer. Just be sure to use the configuration described in our Knowledge Base when creating a new EncFS volume:
