Serial under MacOS?

I recently bought a serial. How or where to enter the serial under MacOS?

Hi Frank,

the serial only works for BoxCryptor for Windows. We don't offer our own standalone application for Mac OS X yet. For Mac OS X we recommend to use EncFS, it's an open source application and can be used to access folder encrypted by BoxCryptor.

I see. Thanks for the fast reply.

But do I have any functional advantage under Mac OS with my license now? As I mostly use Mac OS I am now not sure if there is an advantage to the free version?

The license only has functional advantages when using BoxCryptor for Windows. If you're only using Mac OS X and EncFS, you do not need any license from us.
