Hi,
Since a couple of days, I am using BC successfully and happily, and so I am just about to purchase a licence, so I could store/sync all of my Documents in my dropbox encrypted. Thus 4 questions from my side before I do that:
1) I am synching my box to 2 PCs, one Ipad and one Android. Do I have to purchase the licence only once, otherwise it is getting too expensive?
2) I have tons of portable applications in my dropbox, which I can't put into the encrpted folder as TCP/IP isn't supported out of that BC folder. Will this change in the future? This would be a "killer" argument to go for BC.
3) BC is closed software, and I am not uncomfortable with that by definition, especially as you guys sit in Western Europe and your pictures look nice :-) So can we assume that there is not master key which you could give out to any authority which would presure/torture you enough for doing so?
4) Today, I could do the same for free with the Windows port of Dokan's library and the GUI available for free. What, beyond you all being nice guys, is the reason I should pay money for your service once? Will there be features (like portable TCP/IP support) which will differantiate you from that alternative? Please don't bring up simplicity of use, I am good enough in this whole thing for that not to be a benefit (for me personally).
Thank you!
Cheers
Tom
