I think you can have 1 master password and change password for each user.
Maybe this works:
1- Create a fresh box folder with password.
2- change password 40 times " maybe this can be done via script using enfcs - if boxcryptor supports that"
3- with each password login and copy the files.
outcome:
each password cannot decrypt folders/files with the different password.
