Mac: no access to bc Preferences

I want to clear the "Remember Password" option, but cannot access Preferences in BC. BC does not show up in Launchpad, and there is no Preferences option in right-clicking the app in Finder. Apple claims it is not their problem, but Boxcryptor. Please help

Hello Mickever,

you should be able to open the preferences menu by right clicking the icon in the status bar. If not, could you send us a screenshot?

Ah, the Status Bar! I'm still a Mac newbee as well as new to Boxcryptor --- I literally didn't know where to look. Got it now, and many thanks.
