I am a new user. My goal is to encrypt a folder on Microsoft SkyDrive. I installed boxcryptor 1.5.403.131 on a ThinkPad Windows 7 Home Premium laptop. When I access the boxcryptor z drive on my laptop, the files are corrupt and unreadable. How do I regain access to the files?
