Bug: Images 'Lost' from pdf file uloaded with boxcryptor+CamScanner combination on Android

I use the lite version of 'CanScanner' to scan documents using my phone.
I then use Boxcryptor to sync the scanned docs to gdrive.
Finally, i use boxcryptor on my desktop (windows 7) to open these files.

When i try to open the file on my desktop using PDFXchange viewer, it opens the file, but the scanned images are not shown. A text line added to each page by canscanner is visible though.

If i try to open the same file using Adobe Acrobat reader, it tells me the file is corrupted.

Also, if i try to open the file using boxcryptor on my phone, it opens the file and shows it properly.

If i send the pdf by email and upload it gdrive using boxcryptor on my desktop, i am able to open it from all my synced devices (including the phone).
It seems the Android Boxcrypor (latest version as well as previous) seem to be corrupting the file (just the image but not the text).

Can someone help me figure this out?

we made some tests using CamScanner and BoxCryptor and could not reproduce the error. All data was uploaded correctly.

How exactly did you upload the pdf files? Did you use the share button in CamScanner to share the file to BoxCryptor?

Yes, I did use the share button in camscanner to share the file to boxcryptor.
Is there any way i can upload 2 versions of the same file (1 shared from within android, and one emailed using gmail) then you might be able to see the difference.

Is there any other way think we can test this?

I will test again using dropbox instead of google drive and see if that makes any difference and update the results on this ticket tomorrow

Would also like to add I am on CyanogenMod 10. Not sure if that would make any difference.
