I have a several BoxCryptor folders that I mount, often simultaneously. They sit on physically different hard drives, including Dropbox. I wonder if there is any immediate disadvantage to use the same configuration file for all these folders, i.e. make a copy of one of the .encfs6.xml and use it for every folder (emptying the folders first of course). I would then mount all folders with the same password (which is extremely strong) and I would also be able to move encrypted files between folders. But, from a security point of view, does it potentially pose a security risk I have overlooked?
