Am I being a Muppet?

I’ve installed BoxCryptor on my desktop (WinXP) and created the subsequent folder in Dropbox. Dropbox runs on my laptop & iPad and the Box Cryptor folder had been duplicated on these two devices. I have not installed BoxCryptor on either my iPad or laptop but I can open any document in the Cryptor folder on these devices. What have I missed?

Hello Simon,
most probably you saved your files directly to the BoxCryptor folder and not to the virtual drive.
