Too many empty folders - option to hide them or show unencrypted content as well?

I have quite a few folders in my dropbox. With BoxCryptorV2 all these are shown and it is difficult to find those with encrypted content. I have to go backward and forwards between the encrypted and unencrypted folder trees to see where a particular file is -- very tedious.
Would it be possible to view the unencrypted files as well within the mapped drive?
Or perhaps be able to select which folders are visible in the encrypted areas?
