Upgrade discount voucher not available and not working

I've encountered two issues when attempting to upgrade to v2.

The upgrade page seems to only accept license keys from unlimited personal v1. I have an unlimited personal license and an unlimited business license. The latter was rejected. If I'd only purchased a business license and couldn't get a discount to upgrade to v2 I'd be fairly ticked off.

Since I have both business and personal I could use the personal license to generate a discount code. Unfortunately ShareIT (the purchase site) rejects that as invalid.

Perhaps I have an unreasonable consumer-centric viewpoint, but when customers have to plead for help to complete purchases, they tend to go away.

Hi smacmillan,

You definitely do not have an unreasonable consumer-centric viewpoint. The upgrade/purchase process for v2 has not yet been fully implemented because we have not yet officially released it. At the moment all users can use all features - so even as a Free user you have all Unlimited features and you do not yet have to upgrade your Unlimited license.

When v2 is officially released, the license upgrade process will work as expected. Until then, I have to ask for your patience.
