Let say i don't put my data in the cloud (dropbox, etc.) but keep it local on my computer. When I log into my BoxCryptor account are my files stored anywhere on their servers?
No. Only the Public Key File and only if you have a Online Account. That's all interesting for Version 2. If you use the Classic version everything is local.
