Are there restrictions on using Boxcryptor on two different computers that access the same dropbox account?

No, there are no restrictions in Boxcryptor if using the same or different Dropbox accounts to synchronize the encrypted files. From the Boxcryptor side, a free Boxcryptor account can be used on two devices at the same time - if you need more devices, you'd have to upgrade to an Unlimited account.

How do you setup the second computer? If I want the second computer to decrypt existing Google Drive files and encrypt new ones to be synced with the first computer, do I simply install the same version of Boxcryptor on the second computer and somehow give it the keyfile from the first installation?
