I'm having an issue with missing files in an encrypted folder in skydrive. If I look at the SkyDrive folder itself I can see the encrypted files but they don't show up in the BoxCryptor Drive. If I attempt to copy the same file to the location it says the file already exists but even if I overwrite the file it only appears until I refresh the listing.
New files do show up correctly when added on the local computer unless they are alphabetically after the last file that currently shows up. The files are all dates. The last one that shows up successfully is '2012-12-31.pdf'. Any file added with date after that doesn't show up.
The only thing unique about this directory is I've added files from multiple computers. Some of the files added from this computer and all the files added from the other computer are missing. The other computer appears to have all the files however.
Order of steps if it matters:
1. Computer 1: Created directory and 50+ files (along with 100's of other files in other directories).
2. Couple of hours later Computer 2: Copied over 3-4 additional files.
3. 8 hours later noticed a dozen files were not correctly showing up on Computer 1 (including all the files added by Computer 2).
I don't know whether all the files originally showed up on Computer 1 in the initial copy.
