Cannot encrypt files

I have installed Boxcryptor and establish corresponding account. Additional drive appears. But when I put any kind of file and try to encrypt it I have following message: Encryption failed. One or more errors occured

What is the problem and how to fix it?

Are you using the latest version of Boxcryptor? It is currently v2.0.402.252 and can be downloaded here:

Thank you, it was version Boxcryptor_v2.0.400.121_Setup.msi. After updating to the last one problem was fixed
