no, we cannot send you a new password, thats why we don't have a recover password option. Your password is necessary for the encryption, so if you forgott it, your encrypted files are lost.
We can reset your account so you get a new temporary password, but you won't be able to decrypt your files, which you have encrypted with the old password.
