Boxcryptor Classic v1.6 does not remember password

When using Boxcryptor (Classic) for some years I never had to enter my password after a system reboot.
Today I noticed that after every reboot Boxcryptor Classic V1.6 asks for the application password.
In the window asking for this information there is no checkbox to tell the application to remember this password and autostart after a reboot.

What can I do to eliminate this annoying behaviour?

Hi Klaas,

could you please try to delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Secomba_GmbH (e.g. c:\Users\Gustav Karavas\AppData\Local\Secomba_GmbH\) folder and reconfigure Boxcryptor after that?

Same problem after upgrading to Classic Ver 1.5.409 on a Mac. How do I get it to remember the password after a reboot. The "remember box" is selected every time I enter it, but still asked on next reboot.
