Our initial goal for the Windows Phone app was end of this year but we couldn't make it because we had to shift more development resources to Mac OS X than expected. The new goal is now in the first quarter 2014 (most likely in February). Sorry for any delay - we're doing our best to provide a Windows Phone app as soon as possible.
