That is your right to think that volume that disappear is not "critical", but when you are an end user that used each day the application and have this 2 or 3 time by day, I can confirm you that this is "critical" for working in good condition.
And for the rest, like the point 1 (2 lines of code), I'm really interrogate myself about the future of BC Classic, since even a "very small" fixes will surely be fix in ... months !
Point 6, please read the line to the end : I stop you we are on Desktop so no solution like ... Web browser !
