Yesterday I tried to update to Boxcryptor_v2.0.417.367_Setup.msi .
At some point (validation?), the installation did not progress anymore. After waiting half an hour, I tried to cancel, but since this did not work, shut down my PC (Win 8.1).
When I try to install again, or also uninstall, I get the message "Another Installation is in Progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one." ( Retry / Cancel). I re-booted twice. But did not help. Thank you for any ideas ?
