Open encrypted file in a PC

Hi everybody,
I am a new user of Boxcryptor 2.0, and i would like to know if is it possible to open a encrypted file from Google Drive (Gmail), using a PC without the program installed.
I read something about import/export key file. Is this the way?
Sorry if the question seems easy or absurd.

Hi carrilholhc,

it's not possible to decrypt a file without Boxcryptor installed on the computer.
Also Boxcryptor is not designed to decrypt files, which was sent to you by email. It is possible if you have Boxcryptor installed, but it is complicated! We recomment to share your files via your cloud provider.
