I emailed support@boxcryptor.com on March 2. I received a response that said "Your request has been assigned to a Boxcryptor developer. It could take some time till they respond to you." Apparently I am Case #14537. It's been over 3 months now and I haven't heard anything from anyone.
I've included a copy of my original email below. Does anyone know if any of these issues were fixed?

Hallo Support,
I am trying to delete X:\Dropbox\pbrick.pdf but I am getting an error that the file is already in use (see attachment "error.png"). The file is not in use.
The file is 'read-only' (see attachment "properties.png"). If I uncheck the read-only attribute and press OK, the change does not apply. When I open the properties again, the read-only option is still enabled. I can't change the 'hidden' or 'archive' attributes either.
I can change the file attributes of the encrypted file in C:\Dropbox\ successfully. I can also delete the file from C:\Dropbox\ successfully.
If I remove the read-only property from the file in C:\Dropbox then X:\Dropbox\pbrick.pdf can be deleted without any errors.
I have reproduced these issues with different files in different directories.
There appear to be two bugs:
1) file attributes can't be changed from within the Boxcryptor view of files
2) read-only files can't be overwritten or deleted from within the Boxcryptor view of files (although, oddly, they can be moved just fine)
Regards,
Darin
PS: I am happy to report that T-Mobile now allows me to use the Boxcryptor app on my Android phone (case 11986).
