I'm afraid Boxcryptor Classic fails to launch on OSX 10.10 (Yosemite).
Does anybody know any workaround for this?
Any info on when will it support OSX 10.10?
Many thanks in advance, best, TFS
Hi,
Please make sure that you have OSXFUSE installed. You can download the latest version here:
https://github.com/osxfuse/
In first internal tests we did not discover any bigger problems with OSX 10.10 Yosemite and we will offer full support as soon as possible (no ETA on this however).
Best regards, Robert
PS: The Console application might contain additional information why it is crashing.
Hello there,
Boxcryptor classic seems to be working fine for me (on Yosemite Public Beta 3), the only small glitch (but rather annoying) being visual: when using the "Dark Mode" on OS X, the boxcryptor status/tray icon stays black and is barely visible (instead of being "inverted" to white).
I don't know if Apple will add something to their UI to make the inverting possible, or if every app developper is supposed to add a white/"dark mode" version of their icons.
Cheers, Julien
