Hi, I'm using Boxcryptor with filename encryption and was wondering if anyone else had tried locating and restoring previous versions of encrypted files in Dropbox. After briefly testing this I find that in Windows (8.1) it is not a problem: I can locate the encrypted file by right-clicking on the file in the Boxcryptor drive, copy the encrypted filename (which appears to be asian characters), paste the encrypted filename into Dropbox on the web (Chrome browser), search for the encrypted file, locate it, and restore previous versions. Boxcryptor seems to load the restored encrypted file without a problem. So far so good, just wondering if there are caveats to this process. Thanks.
