Fastcopy does not see Boxcryptor X: drive

Hi,

I use with fastcopy for backups, but it does not see the drive X of boxcryptor.
I don't understand what is wrong?

Hello,

By default, the Boxcryptor Drive is only available to the current user. Some backup software is actually run as a different user (e.g. system service) and thus can't see the Boxcryptor Drive. If you want the Boxcryptor Drive to be seen by all users on your machine, you can enable the advanced setting "Mount for all users".

My backup problems are back. I have "Mount for all users" settings, but fastcopy can't backup the X driver

Hi ifile,

You could try "mount as hard drive" if your backup software does not support network drives (as in Windows 10 the Boxcryptor Drive is by default a network drive)
