Using the latest Boxcryptor (2.0.437.408) on a Dell Venue 11 Pro running Windows 8.1, 32-bit with 2 GB RAM. When I open Windows Explorer, it takes about 10 seconds to display the contents of an encrypted folder containing 44 files. The same operation takes < .5 seconds when Boxcryptor is not involved. The more files in a folder, the greater the issue is exacerbated.
I've seen other posts about this same issue dating back several years, yet no resolution is offered, and the threads seem to have just ended abruptly. I recall reading once that this may be due to Windows' case-sensitive nature? Is there *any* way to improve this performance? Am I one of the only ones experiencing this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
