I have a very urgent problem, I already sent two emails and I come to this forum hoping that I get a solution to my problem.
I'm facing a problem with my account. Yesterday I changed my account email address from xxxxxxx@sapo.pt to xxxxxxx@gmail.com. I was informed that I would get an activation email to my new email adress but I never received an email. Now when I try to login to my account from the web, Boxcryptor tells me that doesn't recognize my email address. I tried with the old and the new email address. If I try to login to my account from Boxcrypt Windows application it tells me that I need to activate my account.
I have very important documents encrypted that I need to access. This is very problematic.
Can you provide me a solution for this problem so I can access my Boxcryptor account?
Has anyone faced this kind o problem?
