iOS: Unlocking keys - please wait

Hi there,

besides other devices, I'm running BoxCryptor on an iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.1, no Jailbreak

I think it should be the lates 2.x version, but cant say since upon startuo BoxCryptor does the following:

It display a message "Unlocking keys, please wait".

I stopped it after 30 minutes.

Is this a know issue?

how to fix it? Just de- and re-install? What about my keys? How do I make sure I get them back on my iPhone after a new installation?

Hi,

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app should fix this problem. Your keys are (securely) stored in your Boxcryptor account, so they will be available when you sign in after you reinstalled the app. We're currently working on a major overhaul of our iOS app which will fix this problem in the future.
