Help Please - BC Classic

Hi,

Just got a new laptop running Windows 8.1. I have a BC Classic encrypted dropbox folder.

I installed Dropbox and can see the encrypted folder no problem. I installed BC Classic and put in the decrypt key for the folder, all seemed to go fine.

However, no when trying to actually open the encrypted folder below the first level I get this error:

Z:/[folder name] is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted and try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found it might have been moved or deleted.

Hi Rob,

To help us locating you problem it would be great to get a debug log. Can you please send us one to support@boxcryptor.com?

To create the debug file do the following:
1) Exit Boxcryptor Classic if it is running.
2) In the Windows Start Menu enter "run"
3) Execute: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Boxcryptor Classic\BoxcryptorClassic.exe" /debug
4) Reproduce the problem with Word
5) Exit Boxcryptor Classic
6) The debug log will be located on your Desktop

Note: The debug log can contain sensitive information (e.g. filenames), but it will never contain any file content.
