Loose the mounted volume on Mac Yosemite 10.10.1

Hi
after restarting the computer I have the BC icon on my desktop and the mounted volume in my finder. However, right-click does not show an option for encrypting. After a few minutes both, the icon and the drive disappeared. I still have the BC icon in the top row. Clicking on "open" does not do anything.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

Maybe this is important: I have BC classic installed in parallel.

Hello,

BC Classic does not have a separate "Encrypt" right-click menu. To encrypt a file with BC Classic, you can simply copy or move the file to the Boxcryptor Classic disk in your Finder.

If the problem with the "disappearing" drive persists, please create a debug log and send it to us at support@boxcryptor.com. You can create the debug similar to the regular Boxcryptor software (just replace "Boxcryptor" with "Boxcryptor\ Classic"):
