Installed Boxcryptor -- now what?

I installed BoxCryptor on my PC (Win7). It does mount a new drive. That's it. I can store files there, but they are not encrypted and they are not uploaded to Google Drive. I can open them without BoxCryptor running just fine.

Files in the corresponding Google drive are not downloaded either, and are not encrypted either. Is that what it is -- just creating a new mountable drive?

I'd sure would like to know -- now what?

you can find a description of the first steps using Boxcryptor here: https://support.boxcryptor.com/display/BCWINEN/Boxcryptor+for+Windows+-+Manual

You should add the Google Drive, sync the files locally and you should be able to encrypt the files.
