Access to a Dropsynced Folder by Boxcyryptor via File Manager on Android

Hi there,

I am looking for an easy solution for my problem:

I use the Android version of Boxcryptor, which en-/decrypts a folder on my SD card, that is synchronized by DropSync to my Dropbox account. That solution just works fine, it is only that I have to use the Boxcryptor app to actually hace access to my stored files.

Now I would like to use my standard file manager (ES File Manager) to easily gain access to the files I have stored. Looking at my lokal Dropbox folder, I only find the decrypted files (ending on .bc) Changing to the Boxcryptor App every time I want to open a decrypted file takes time and is not really handy.

Now, is there a possibility of connecting the ES file Mangager to the Boxcyrptor App in a fast and easy way? For example by allowing the File Manager App access to the Boxcyryptor?

Hi Moldex,

currently we do not support this feature. I will have a talk with our Android developers. Maybe we can find a way to implement this feature.
