Hi,
I have a support incident open for a week that doesn't seem to be making in progress so I will ask the larger community if anyone has encountered this situation.
I am sharing an encrypted folder with another user via Google Drive. The other user can access and encrypt that folder properly using her iOS devices, but not her Mac. The error that comes up on the Mac when she tries to open any of the files in the encrypted folder is:
The file [filename] couldn't be opened because you don't have permission to view it. To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info.
This seems like a Mavericks message specifically. When I Get Info I don't see anything strange. I have re-installed the BoxCryptor client a couple of times as well. Not sure what to do to fix.
She can access this file on her iPad and iPhone without issue and view/decrypt all of the files there.
