Problem after uploading

After uploading a file or photo in box cryptor to Dropbox, my encrypted file or photo does not open in dropbox. Error message is: No preview avaiable, this file type can't be viewed. I can see a "bc" in the final portion of the encrypted file name.

Hi mohammad233,

yes, you can not view this file or photo within the Dropbox. The file is now encrypted and not accessable without using your Boxcryptor account (and Boxcryptor).

If you want to view the file, access the folder within the Boxcryptor drive (or Boxcryptor mobile apps).
