I don't know what to do. I have all my photos for years in this boxcryptor folder.
I don't know what happeend as this boxcryptor thing was in my dropbox on my laptop, I recently got a desktop and haven't even used my lapotop.
When I try to access boxcryptor on my laptop it give me that message followed by a file path that leads to users/dropbox
when i try to access boxcryptor on my desktop it lets me navigate all my folders 200gb worth but not actually see any of my data.
I'm willing to buy or pay for whatever subscription I need to ahve to make this work and get acess to my files, but I have no idea what to do or who to talk to... I need to back up my files
PLEASE HELP!
