Hi,
I upgraded my Mac to El Capitan yesterday and now I can't mount my Boxcryptor Classic folder anymore, locking me out from all my data. I had a single folder inside Dropbox that was encrypted, and I can't use Boxcryptor 2.0 to get to the file because the app requires I encrypt my entire Dropbox folder.
Boxcryptor 2.0 seems like a huge step back -- it's much more costly and puts arbitrary limitations on the original software that makes it no longer work.
Generally, I wait until all the software I use is confirmed to work on new major OS releases before upgrading, but I thought El Capitan was supported since the site says that (from https://www.boxcryptor.com/app/help/user)
"Can I continue to use Boxcryptor Classic?
Yes. You can still use Boxcryptor Classic and we will keep supporting this version."
Looks like that's not the case and now I'm locked out of my data. How can I get my files back so I can move to another provider?
Thanks,
Zach
