Cannot open encrypted folder after windows upgrade

Hi,

I have upgraded to windows 10 recently, I had a google drive folder set up on another drive which was untouched during the upgrade. After the upgrade I did a clean install of Windows 10. After that I reinstalled Boxcryptor and specified the encrypted folder but I cannot access it from the Boxcryptor drive.

This is the error message:
Windows cannot access \\[computername]\Boxcryptor\GoogleDrive\Sync_encrypted.
You do not have permission to access \\[computername]\Boxcryptor\GoogleDrive\Sync_encrypted. Contact your network administrator to request access.

What do I need to do to make this work?

One more thing: when I to the manage permissions window (right click on the folder -> boxcryptor -> manage permissions) I get the following message:
Account: [name@gmail.com] Access denied
The following users or groups have secure access to 'Sync_encrypted'.
And there is a user icon with my name and email address. The email address is the same as the one mentioned above [name@gmail.com].

Hello,

You have performed an account reset in July 2014 and I assume that the folder has been encrypted prior to this account reset. When you reset your account, new keys for your account will be generated and access to any previously encrypted file will be lost - as shown in various warnings before the account reset.

Thanks for the response. I am aware of the mentioned account reset in July 2014, however, I am 100% sure I was able to access the encrypted folder after the reset (until the upgrade). I assume I would not have been able to access the data if my password/keys was/were bad. Could you please confirm?

In that case, I still don't understand why I cannot access the data after the upgrade.
