I'm receiving an error "The older version of boxcryptor 2.2 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group" when trying to upgrade boxcryptor to 2.2.413.244. Windows 7, latest fixes. If I try to remove Boxcryptor via the Windows control panel, so that I can reinstall from a fresh download, I get "This installation package could not be opened. Contract the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."
