Hi,
I recently reorganized some shared folders with my team. I've since been getting hundreds of popup messages from boxcryptor of the type:
"The file Filename.xls hides a folder of the same name. Please rename it."
It looks like maybe some duplicate file versions came up when I reorganized the folders. I thought that such issues would be sorted out through the Windows dialogue box which informs of a duplicate and asks whether I want to replace or rename the file that I'm copying.
1 - There may be duplicate files but there are no folders with the names of these files so what does this mean exactly?
2 - Is there any way to deal with this without going through and manually renaming every single file? I've tried Duplicate Cleaner Free but it doesn't seem to see the duplicates that Boxcryptor is flagging here (if that's what they are).
3 - Is there anywhere I can actually see the list of these error messages? They are coming too fast to be able to keep track.
4 - I have a paid subscription. Is this the right place to come for help or am I also eligible for some additional support?
Thank you!
