I have been using Boxcryptor for years without issue. Suddenly, I am having a problem opening some files. After logging into Boxcryptor and going to the encrypted folder, I can open files except in one particular subfolder. In that one, I cannot open anything--pdfs, text, data, anything. The same file types open fine in other folders. Unfortunately, this folder has some very important information. When I click on a file and select "Manage Boxcryptor Permissions" it tells me it cannot because of a "bad address." I have no idea what the problem may be or what to do. I have been able to open files in this particular folder recently (about a month ago).
I am using a MacBook Air running El Capitan in conjunction with DropBox. Any help will be appreciated.
