Hey,
Im using the paid version of BC Classic (latest Version 1.7.409.something).
I use one virtual drive whose target-folder is within Google Drive. In this drive, there are about 114000 files and 15000 folders (~44,5GB), so pretty much.
Now I want to deactivate the filename encryption. When doing so, BC first shows some window "testing files...", it does and after some seconds (maybe around 50%), it says "there were errors while testing filename decryption". It displays the "result", i.e. the list of files with errors. As the names are encrypted, I know neither which files cause problems, nor what the problems are. So I dunno how to fix them.
Is there any way to find out and then possibly deactivate filename encryption? If not, then probably the only way of doing so is by creating a new virtual drive with whole new encryption, right?
It's not a big deal but I wanted to avoid it because I thought by only changing the filenames, google drive will not need to reupload the files to the server as only the filenames change (and md5-hashes stay the same, so the filecontents will be found on their servers already). But ok, maybe I'm missing something and GDrive would reupload all the files after "renaming" anyhow.
Thanks in advance!
