I cannot figure out how to decrypt a file in a second device

I have been testing this software before I buy a license and I was not capable to figure out how to decrypt a file in another laptop. I mean , I have my files being updated to my DropbBox(using BoxCryptor) from my “XPS” machine and then when I go my second laptop (“XPS2”) , download from my DropBox account my protected_file.txt.bc and I try to open it up , it does not work. (even though I have the BoxCryptor installed there with the same credentials of machine #1-XPS). If I try to move this protected_file.txt.bc to my \XPS2\x:\BoxCryptor folder, it wants to crypt the file again.

I want just to be able to open my files from any place that I want. I downloaded from my web-boxCryptor account the marcelo787878@hotmail.com-export-2016-08-05.bckey but I do not know what to do with it

Hi Marcelo, I've just started testing this myself. I don't know about a second laptop, but the application on my Android phone works after I set up encrypted files on my laptop. But I am otherwise not understanding this program.....my files are always open on both devices without using the password
