Boxcryptor connect to local folder on android

Cannot connect to local folder on internal android storage when special characters are in folder name.

folder name: username@webaddress.host.com%1234%2owncloud

The folder is my owncloud local folder. I can access it with a file manger just fine but cannot get boxcryptor to recognize it. Get the local folder not found error.

LG G4 Android 6.0.1

Prefer this as opposed to webdav.

Does the local storage utilize the default external storage root path in Android systems? Thus, you may access all the subfolders and folders. If you need to achieve a direct access to one particular folder, you have to use advanced local storage and enter the path on your Android 6.0.1 to folder: /storage/sdcard0/Downloads
