Hi.
I use boxcryptor with dropbox on a Mac and on a PC.
One of the recently created word documents works normally on both the Mac and the PC.
However, when I try to open it with the IOS app (both my iPhone 6 and my iPad mini, version 2.7.684), I get a "Failed to open filename".
Other work documents work normally on all my devices.
Any advise ?
