Error message "there is no disk in the drive"

Hi - I get an error message now each time I close my PC down. It is coming from the program as it has "Boxcryptor.exe - No Disk" in the top left corner.

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\HarddiskVolume13"

(the number at the end varies.

The options are Cancel, Try Again and Continue. Cancel & Continue just continues to shutting down. Is there a known reason/ remedy for this? Thanks.

Hi sdf16,

These messages can occur on some computers with altered advanced settings. Disable "mount in windows mount manager" and check if the error still persists.
