macOS 10.12.3 kextloaderhelper problem

Hi,

When I start Boxcryptor on my Mac, it asks to be granted admin privileges, and then an error occurs :
"Mounting the Boxcryptor disk failed. If the problem persists, please restart your Mac or contact our support."

In the system logs I can see this :
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.xpc.launchd.domain.system): Could not read path: path = /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.boxcryptor.BCFS.KextLoaderHelper.plist, error = 2: No such file or directory

Could you help me, please.

I'm having the exact same problem here. Also on macOS 12.12.3. Anyone?

In addition to the samet error, I see the following when running from terminal:

HI - this is what I am getting now - did anyone find a solution? I get this -
Mounting the Boxcryptor disk failed. If the problem persists, please restart your Mac or contact our support.
Have contacted Boxcryptor support but they are not responding and restarting hasn't worked either.

Hello,

As replied via email, the version 2.15 we released yesterday fails to mount on Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite. We will fix this issue in the next version - until then, please downgrade to the previous version 2.14 which does not have this problem and can be used on Yosemite without issues.
