Running: Boxcryptor_v2.13.560_Setup.msi
Startup fails. A log is created on the desktop with the following error:

I can't seem to 'Repair' my setup.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled (and then it works, but only until the next reboot).
Any suggestions? I have used it for years without any problems but can't seem to find download links for older versions anymore.
I am running Windows 10 Home edition x64.
