Boxcrytor Crash after Start

Hello,

I have a Problem with Boxcryptor and WIN10. Every time after start Crash the Boycrytor without Error message. I have try to reinatll the App but no change.
Any Idea???

Hello,

I have the same problem under Win7 pro 32 bits, since I've updated to the lastest version (v2.15.578). Boxcryptor doesn't start without error message. When I try to launch Boxcryptor using bc.cmd, I have a message "Boxcryptor stop working".

In the event viewer I have this :
"Failed to open pipe "\\.\pipe\Boxcryptor_App_RVpWT1NUUk8xNzIwXEVsaXNhYmV0aA==" in src\pipe\PipeClient.cpp LastError: Le fichier spécifié est introuvable."

Can someone help me ? I'm stuck and cannot work anymore.

EDIT :

But it doesn't work better.

UPDATE : I've uninstall .NET and BoxCryptor, restart the PC and install .net and BC once again then restarted. But nothing better.

UPDATE Again : While it doesn't work and I'm suspecting a .NET Framework issue, I've remove .NET Framework 4,6 and BoxCryptor and reboot. Install .NET Framework 4.5.2. after reader this (https://support.boxcryptor.com/display/BCWINEN/1.+Download+and+Installation) reboot once again install boxcryptor (V 2.15.578), and still don't work !

Is there someone from boxcryptor team that can help me ??

the issue is known.

Please do as follows:
1. Uninstall Boxcryptor.
2. Install the latest .NET Framework: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167
3. Restart your system.
4. Install Boxcryptor.

This should do the trick.
