I changed my boxcryptor password recently, and temporarily forgot the new one, so had several login attemps to find it back. I finally managed to successfully log on the boxcryptor website, but I cannot log on the windows 10 client. I am sure that I typed my email address and password correctly on the client (I copied and pasted it from the website to be sure).
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the client (I rebooted each time), but it did not solve the issue.
Could someone please pinpoint me to the right solution to solve this problem? Could I be blocked temporarily by the client because I typed too many times the wrong password?
