Access to Folder but not all Files in Folder

Hello,

I am using Boxcryptor with box.com. My coworker shared with me a large folder containing a variety of file types (.dta, .do, .csv, .doc etc.). The folder is properly synced with my computer. When I select the folder, I am listed as having permission to access it, but for about half the files in the folder, if I click on "Manage permissions" I am *not* listed as having access.

I believe that some element of the syncing with box.com must not have been completed when I was added to the folder. Is there any way to give myself access to these files, given that I am listed as having access to the folder as a whole?
